Weavings, 2014
(Weaving in Black, Weaving in Blue, Weaving in Red)
On discarded plastic and using a ruler and red ball point pen I made lines of approximate tape width bands, cut them with scissors and then wove them together. I took the whole weaving from the floor where it was woven together to see it as a clump, a drooping mass with parts beginning to fall and dangle apart. I hung it on the line in the midst of its entropy. It hangs partly in the light by the window and partly in the dark of the room and little bits of pink pop out here and there.
